Low Season (1 May to Mid September)
- 1 - 2 Guests: from R1 000.00 per day
- from R100.00 per person per day extra (max 6 guests)
High Season (Mid September to April)
- 1 - 2 Guests: from R1 200.00 per day
- from R150.00 per person per day extra (max 6 guests)
Deposits and Payments
- 50% Deposit is required upon reservation confirmation
- Balance of accommodation payable upon arrival
Cancellation Policy
- A "non-arrival" = NO REFUND
IF WE RE-BOOK YOUR ROOM, 10% HANDLING FEE CHARGED, OTHERWISE THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
- Less than one week's notice = NO REFUND
- 1 - 2 Week's notice = 25% refund
- 2 - 4 Week's notice = 50% refund
- 4 Weeks or more notice = Handling fee 10%
Relocations and Long Term Bookings
We will negotiate lower rates for guests relocating to Cape Town, requiring long term rental. Please contact us to discuss your long term rental requirements. |
